This 56 has a Bad*ss look to it that you just don't see anymore. It's easy to over do things when building a hotrod, you think if I just add this one more doo dad , that will seperate my car from the other Tri -Fives. In essence, the billet machines you see are nothing like the Real Hot Rods guys would build in the 60's. This 56 has "The Look." Presented in its original and quite rare Onyx Black and Crocus Yellow color combination this Chevy is nothing like the 6-cylinder, three on the tree, your Uncle drove back in the day. The 56 rides on Chevy Rally Wheels with radial tires, the engine has been swapped for a rebuilt 327 V8 , a smooth shifting Hurst Shifter handles the gears. Stopping power has been updated with front disc brakes and a GM 12 bolt rear end puts the power to the pavement. The interior is all business with the steering wheel and buckets from a 60's Impala and the iconic Hurst Shifter at your fingertips. It doesn't get any better than this at twice the money!
