Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1988 Toyota 4X4. It has had LOTS of $$$ put into it. It has a NEW motor with Crane Cams camshaft in it, A shaved head to boost compression, Doug Thorley Tri-Y header with 2" exhaust, Flow Master muffler, NEW tunable mass airflow sensor with a K&N Cold Air Kit, It runs 2 electric fuel pumps, Fidanza light weight aluminum flywheel with NEW clutch. The clutch fan has been removed and replaced with an electric fan, Optima Red Top battery. The motor only has about 2000 miles on it since installed and I've only run Royal Purple 10W-40 in it, It's mostly been to play with , but I drive it on the road occasionally too. This was an IFS truck when I bought it I did a straight axle conversion, front axle came out of an '85 it has the full gusset on the underside the axle was completely rebuilt with NEW knuckle bearings, Yukon 5.29 gears, and it has a spool in it. The rear axle has also been fully rebuilt, NEW wheel bearings, Yukon 5.29 gears, and an EZ Locker. It has a high steer kit on it and long travel Bilstein shocks. It has a 3" body lift and a 6" suspension lift. It has a NEW steering box. The frame on this truck is excellent the whole truck was Ziebarted when it was new, but the body has the usual rusty spots except for I replaced the driver's side fender and door, it has a fiberglass bed with a plastic bed liner. It has NEW 35X14.5 Interco Boggers on it about $3,000.00 in rims, tires, and locking lugs. This truck will go just about anywhere!!! I have entered it into Mud Boggs and came in 3rd place only because the drive shaft was too short at first and it came apart at the slip yoke and the competition had V-8 power. This truck will also drive down the road just fine with the 5.29 gears it puts it back to a stock gearing so that the speedometer is correct. If you have ANY questions DO NOT hesitate to ask!!!! This truck was complete built by me so I know EVERYTHING about it. HAPPY BIDDING!!!! On May-17-14 at 19:33:31 PDT, seller added the following information: :Note a couple things i forgot to mention the front drive shaft that i stated was to short at first has since been lengthened also the motor is a 22RE Fuel Injected 4 cylinder that has solid motor and transmission mounts.
