For sale is a 1979 Suzuki GS550 that I purchased a year ago. I replaced many parts including the seat, battery, rear tire, air filter, handle bars, exhaust, throttle cables, spark plugs, side panels, and most insignias. I had the tank cleaned and coated and the carbs cleaned professionally. I recieved a title from Wisconsin that matched the engine number but not the VIN on the chassis. After many months of frustration, I am going to sell this bike as a parts bike. If your state doesn't need a title for a bike of this age, I will give you a bill of sale. Again, the VIN on the title matches the engine not chassis. Everything works but I would suggest a final tuning. I changed the air filter which may require a carb syncronization. This bike is being sold as is. I will assist your shipper any way I can.
