It is in park and will buyer will need to know how to work on it to get the truck in neutral.It is overall complete only a few parts have be removed so far: Battery, Stereo, and F150 Emblems.The body of the truck has some wear/weathering to the paint from sitting and lack of proper care/cleaning. The grill has been spray painted some. The back also has some red paint splatter behind the wheel well from running over a red spray paint can. No major dents or body damage other then regular wear and small dings/dents may be present.Interior is in overall average/good condition with some cleanup. No major wear or rips/tears/etc to the seats. Interior panels are shown as being removed but I still have them to re-install. As of 2011-2012 Truck ran and passed Virginia state inspection. It was running rough and didnt have proper power at low speeds - believed it to need spark plugs replaced and this job was started but never completed. Spark plugs I believe were replaced on 6 of 8. It has been sitting in its current location since about August 2012. What you see is what you get.
