2000 Jeep Wrangler (TJ) Sport NO FRAME ROT!!! 69,980 Miles NO OIL LEAKS I have been a member of Ebay since 1999, that’s 15 years with 100% positive feedback. I make it a point to be an honest seller, being anything less hurts no one except myself. I Put as much information in the auction as I can to avoid anything left un addressed (both negative and positive) but I understand that there are some still things that you may be curious about so please call me at 347-861-5348. Leave a message And I will get back to you, you can text as well. This is MY jeep, not one I built to sell, I’ve owned it since 2000, and it makes me sad to see it go, but with baby #2 on the way, it’s time. This jeep has never been in an accident, never been off road. It came with a hard top. I have a best top soft top for it as well. That has been on maybe 5 times. ( Look at the top of the windshield where it clamps down…barely a scratch). The doors have never been off either. (look at the door hinge bolts) Oil pressure is great and maintains 42-46 PSI all the time There is no reserve at all on this jeep, but I started the auction at where I’d sell it for. any less….I’ll happily put it back in the garage. There is a buy it now...some of you may think wow that's a little high...but if you know what You're looking at you'll understand. This TJ, has had regular oil changes (3,000 miles). Not too long ago I had a new alternator and battery installed as well, and the tires are about 60%). Tires were replaced when they were needed, and always stock size/make. Never big, differential killing rubber. It has a viper alarm installed, sound bar, Tuffy secure lock box center console as well as the steel divider in the cargo area. The floor pans are rock solid, and no rot on the frame. Let’s talk about the frame. This is a 14 year old jeep, with surface rust ONLY on the frame. No rot, no cracks at the control are mount points ( where the rot usually breaks them off. This isn’t by accident, I used to spray the underside with motor oil in the winter time, and it’s been garaged 70% of its life. The 4.0 Strait 6 has ZERO oil leaks, not on the valve cover, oil pan, or rear main seal. It also has 69,900 miles. YES that is correct. Once I was married it was my other car. And just haven’t drove it that much. The front diff fluid, rear fluid, and transfer case fluid was done at 45k miles (just as safe measure). The transmission, transfer case all work 100%. Brakes were done not too long ago too. I do realize I could have had a better appeal if I installed the corners, and waxed it, and painted the handles...I get that. But If you're buying this I'm guessing you can't wait to get a warm Sunday and tear it apart yourself. The negatives, and yes I am honest about them, I don’t want you to get excited about this and then be let down. The front passenger side High beam is out (not the low beam just the high beam) The door handles have surface rust on them. I was going to remove, prep and paint them but with the above mentioned baby on the way…I just don’t have the time. The mirror mounts (on the door) are all faded Again was going to paint them…just no time There is a dent right by the license plate. It has a little surface rust on it…BUT I have a set of heavy duty steel (not plastic stick on ones) trail corners that I have been looking at in my office that i ordered when it happened (about a year ago)….and what a surprise just haven’t had the chance to install them. It can use a good cleaning, I didn’t even run it through the car wash for these pictures. It could use a good detailing. The inside is clean, but needs that good all day Saturday vacuum and wipe down. That’s it. The jeep runs and drives great. It’s the perfect unmolested platform to build your dream jeep. I have the hardtop installed, I also have a tan Best top soft top. The top was always boxed, and stored inside (not in some moldy garage). I also Have the full cover for it as well. A 500 deposit is required within 48 hours, full balance paid within 7 days. ( as well as pick up). I accept cash. I will take a cashiers check, but I won’t release the jeep until it clears. Yes I know it’s a cashiers check, but I was burned once with a bum “cashiers check.” I only needed to learn that lesson once. And Cash Is preferable. I can trailer the jeep to you from $1.25 a mile ( Figured out one way ) from zip code 10309, MAX 300 miles and must be paid in full before I leave the house. Feel free to call me and come check it out in person, take it for a drive. I’d prefer if you did, it will only help me sell it! If you’ve got any other question. Please don’t hesitate to call me, or email me. One last thing…I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I won’t end the auction early…I use ebay all the time, and don’t think it’s fair to get people invested in an auction and just yank it away because cash came along. Plus bidding you may end up paying less than you’re offer. What ever it sells for it sells for. Click Here for The Video Click Here for The Car Fax Report Here are 120 Pictures. I tried to take them in shade, direct sunlight, ext so you could get a very accurate idea of what you’re buying. Good luck and thanks for taking the time to look.
