For your consideration: a 1970 Chevrolet C10 step-side, short bed pick-up truck. The previous owner replaced the 350 V8 with a model year 1965, rebuilt, hi-performance 327, with "Fuelie" heads. I was told there was less than 30,000 miles on the rebuild. The rest of the truck remains stock & has the original four speed manual transmission. In the past few months I have replaced gaskets (intake, exhaust, oil pan, water inlet) fan belt, hoses, thermostat, plugs and wires. It has had a recent oil & filter change, as well as the coolant replaced. I replaced the bed wood with factory correct, yellow pine & it has "ebony" stain. It is a "bare bones" truck as it does not have power anything or a/c. It performs well and a youtube video can be found here: youtube.com/watch?v=ucf6fliJoDw. The engine was replaced in the mid eighties and it was at this time the truck was repainted its original color with acrylic paint. The paint still shines, but shows its age. New Hankook extra-load tires & NOS hubcaps. This vehicle is being sold "as-is & where is"; no warranties expressed or implied. Located in Davis CA 95618. I would like to relinquish this vehicle to buyer or buyer's agent within seven days of auction's end. Inspections encouraged. The deposit is nonrefundable. Record of wire tranfer is required within 72 hours. Cleared payment must be received within one week of close. If payment has not been received within this time frame, the vehicle will be offered to other interested parties and the deposit will be retained by me. I will store the vehicle 7 days after cleared payment, unless other arrangements have been made with me. Any agreement between seller and buyer may supersede this clause.
