Engine completely rebuilt professionally by a place that specializes in ford FE engines, transmission was gone through professionally from brake lines, fuel pump lines and tank,Complete duel exaust, partial wiring harness, hubs bearings brake shoes springs power booster master cylinder and MUCH MORE.Too much too mention. Worked on for 5 years and due to health reasons unable to finish. Finish the interior work and body work is all that's left. All the hard work and engine compartment and underneath is BRAND NEW.This is a true barn find, sat in barn since 71.with a days work or less she will be ready to fire up there's a few more things to hook up . Most all parts to complete should be there. Door panels not the greatest. Seats need recovering. NEEDS TOP. New carpet not even out of box yet. On May-03-14 at 08:54:19 PDT, seller added the following information: my wife listed this for me because I don't type, but after reading her description I feel like I need to clarify a few things first of all, for any one who cant tell from the pics this is a convertible with the 390 CID 300 HP Z engine and NOT a true sport roadster it only has the SR spoke wheels and does NOT have the rear seat cover or the grab bar on the dash...having said that, this dosnt take anything away from this car it is still a very rare and beautiful highly collectable classic...The top frame is fully intact it has not been touched as far as restoration other than the pump motor and electrical some relays were changed the motor was tore apart and freed up and got working but hydro part needs attention which is pretty simple for the most part the electric circuit is in working order that was the tricky part but I have books on all that stuff that im throwing in, she never mentioned chrome I was going to replace all the emblems you can buy the whole kit from MACS for pretty cheap all the exterior SS trim is there and in good shape maybe a few dings the rear center bumper is rusty and dented but has a $100 core value the Qs are new and so are tail lights the front bumper is in very good shape with some hazing I don't know if it can be polished out but that was my plan,the left headlight bezel has a piece broke off but I think I have some more,because I have tons of extra parts way to much to mention. as far as the body it is original and has never had any repairs, as you can see from the pics it has some chips dents, dings a scrape on the driver side rear and I think 2 little rust holes the size of a dime the package tray is in repairable shape, all the glass is good one of the rear windows the motor was bad froze up I tore it apart to fix it then I seen them for sale on the internet cheap so I decided it wasn't worth the trouble, the interior chrome is badly pitted. I have a new ignition not installed yet. if a guy bought this today took it home and worked on it for a few hours with a helper he would literally be driving a beautiful classic dream car tomorrow the only thing you need to buy is transmission fluid and the car...Thanks for looking and feel free to call 419 504 8536
