ATTENTION: Please read the entire description and if you are truly interested in the car. The car is located in ORLANDO FL. The Title is clear and in hand. Up for sale is my 1987 Mustang GT Convertible. This car is super clean and was a Florida car its whole life before I got it! (no rust). I have had the car in my possession for over 10 years now. The car was recently driven across country for the Mustangs Across America 50th Anniversary cruise from Los Angeles CA to Charlotte NC then back down to Orlando Florida. Don't miss out on the opportunity to own a great car that has had tons of modification done and turns heads no matter where it goes! It is a convertible fox body so there are rattles there are the odd little thing here and there that a 27 year old car would have! Read the following and I am sure I may have left out the odd thing here and there but I will do my best to describe the car fully! History: The car was a Florida car its whole life and I bought it with its original paint (black with titanium trim) on gray interior with not one modification. The mileage had already turned 100k but it was bone stock! I built the car up with many modifications over the years and here is the current list of modifications: Video of the car running Good Stuff: Engine>>> Freshly rebuilt 302 motor with currently ~1500 miles on it. It was rebuilt and broken in prior to the cruise.. The mileage is going up daily as the car is being driven across the country! It has not been to the track it has not been on a dyno! -302 with forged crank, pistons, new bearings, rings, gaskets, water punp, thermostat etc -GT40 cast heads with 1.6 roller rockers -GT40 upper and lower intakes (tubular) -E303 camshaft -65mm Throttle body -24# injectors -Pro-M MAF -Vortech Supercharger @ 8psi -FMS unqueal headers -High Flow H-Pipe with gutted cats -Flowmaster 3 chamber catback -Magnaflow tips -Electric Fan -3 core radiator (freshly rebuilt) -150 amp alternator kit -AC compressor & Polution pump there but not connected. Drivetrain>>> Includes suspension and brakes etc. Considering how low the car is it rides well. -Stock T5 transmission -Short Throw Shifter -FMS 3:55 gears -North Racecars rear disc brake conversion -SN95 front spindles and brakes -Saleen Replica 18" wheels. 235/265 combo with good tires -Subframe connectors (with cross braces that bolt into the seat rails) -FMS C Springs in the front -Custom Coil Over set up in the rear -Maximum Motorsports Caster/Camber plates Exterior>>> The paint is less than 6 months old and the car shines amazing. Note that due to the cross country drive the front bumper will need to be repainted due to debris and a a few small cracks. Don't get me wrong, look at the pictures and see how this car shines. Everyone is always complementing the paint! -All VIN stickers are on the car minus the hood and rear bumper (they are both aftermarket) -Shaved door handles, antennae, luggage rack, gas door (filler neck behind the flip down license plate - doors and trunk all on remote poppers) -2.5" cowl hood -Custom Stalker front bumper (one of a kind) -GT free air rear bumper modified (one of a kind) -Black paint with a gallon of clear coat! -18" replica Saleen wheels -1993 top assembly with headliner! - note that convertible tops from 1991-1993 go down 6" lower than previous years. Top is still in very good condition including the rear window -Smoked headlights and taillights -French Foglights Interior>>> The interior is all TRUE black and has all come from a 1993 car! -Leather seats with no rips or tears -Converted rear belts to shoulder style -All windows and the top work -1986 style steering wheel -1993 gauge cluster (gas gauge needs sending unit changed and the speedo gear needs to be updated) -White face cluster and AC controls -Triple Pillar Pod with Autometer Phantom (Boost, Oil, Water) - All factory gauges work as well -5" Autometer Monster Tach Phantom with Shift light -B&M T handle shifter -Sony Stereo with Bluetooth etc. Bad Stuff Here are a few things that to make the car even better should be considered. I am going to be as honest as possible as no one can expect a perfect car that is 27 years old! -Fix the fuel sending unit/gas gauge -Change the speedo gear (off due to the 3:55's) -New front window bushings -2 ever so tiny door dings on drivers side which painless dent can easily remove... These just happened on the drive :( -Respray front bumper cover due to wear and tear from the cross country drive, it still looks great but if you want the paint to be perfect.... -You may want to raise the car up a little bit to your liking. Otherwise new shocks in the rear (up to you) LEGAL stuff If you happen to buy this car $1000 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end.
