The attractive fully loaded Mercedes-Benz is in very good overall condition for a 2005 automobile. The beautiful interior and shiny exterior show minimal to normal wear and tear.I purchased the car new in 2004 and I am the original and sole owner of this luxury vehicle. I have kept service records and I have maintained it to the best of my ability throughout the years. NUMBER OF OWNERS: 1 VEHICLE TITLE: CLEAR TIRES:They were replaced in January 2012 and have less than 8000 miles on them. The front two are Sailun Atrezzo Z4+AS 225/45ZR17 94W XL M+S.The rear two are Sumitomo HTR A/S P01 245/40R17 91W M+S. OIL CHANGE:The most recent service was done in December. THE CAR HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT ! ******Please note that a very important issue has recently come up as referenced below !!!!!!!! A portion of the convertible top (above the drivers side window) needs immediate repair as an inner sealing has come unglued. Water/Moisture had entered that area and affected the functionality of the convertible top and back driver window. The convertible top is not working electronically at the present time so the top remains closed and locked. Please note, however, that it can be opened and closed manually according to the Owners Manual.The back driver window is not going fully down so I just keep the window closed. I have been keeping the car covered during inclement weather to minimize any additional electronic issues. My local mechanic has informed me that the cost for the needed parts to make roof electronically operational and to make the window fully functional is $670. The labor is an additional $520. The roof must be electronically operational 'first' in order to assess the cost of repairing the inner sealing. Unfortunately I am unable to attend to the repairs at this time due to financial family issues that have arisen.
