Up for auction is a 1996 Pontiac Firebird with T-tops and a 6 cylinder engine. This car is beautiful inside and out and it runs great. The car starts right up (it has a brand new battery), the automatic transmission shifts smoothly, and the engine has lots of power. This car is in great mechanical condition-- I brought it to Tom's Auto in Barnhart last week to have it looked over before selling it, and Tom said the car is in great shape. The brakes and tires are in good condition and the paint job on the car looks really good. I've driven the car to Chicago multiple times so it's traveled long distances without any issues. This car turns a lot of heads when you drive it around town, especially if you take the T-tops off. The interior of the car is in great condition as well-- it feels like you're stepping into a new car. There are 142,001 miles on the car, and I do not drive the car during the winter (I put it in storage). In addition to the photos, I made several videos of the car. I purchased a new stereo about a year ago so the volume buttons on the steering wheel are no longer linked to the volume on the stereo (instead, you use the volume buttons on the stereo itself). The car has cruise control, power windows, power door locks, ABS brakes, and there is a spot in the trunk where you can slide the T-tops into place when you take them off. If you want a nice sports car that will turn heads and run great, this is it. The car is parked in my driveway in Barnhart, Missouri and you are welcome to come out for a test drive before the auction is over.
