Vehicle Detail
This is 1994 BMW K75 with a Corbin seat and Parabellum Scout windshield and fairing. I am the 3rd owner and have most of the service records. I changed all fluids at 35k miles. Full spline lube at 38k miles by local K bike expert. The splines are great and I have photos. This bike does not have ABS. It has the fuel plus system installed which is supposed to function as a gas gauge. I never used it but I have instructions for it. Bike has 3 spoke wheels and rear disc brake. It has BMW heated grips but only one side gets hot. It comes with the correct BMW tank bag for this model in excellent shape. I replaced the tires with bridgstones about 2k miles ago. The rear shock was replaced with a progressive unit about 4k miles ago. Very complete tool kit included. I have misc. spares for the bike including gaskets, oil filters, symtec grip heaters (not installed) grips, owners manual, service manual. I have new not installed progressive front springs for the bike I can provide if buyer wants. After replacing the rear shock the handling improved so much I didn't feel new springs were needed yet. Odyssey battery about 2 years old and always on a tender when not being ridden. This bike has been garaged when not ridden and the paint still shines. I will replace the spark plugs with Iridium before auction ends. The BAD: will need rear brake pads before too long. A few paint chips and road wear. Saddle bags have scratches but latch fine. Rocker cover has scratches from a tip over that have been touched up. The GOOD: I rode this bike to Alaska last summer and I wouldn't hesitate to ride it anywhere today. The K75 has a counter balancer shaft and is probably the smoothest bike BMW ever made. With proper maintenance these K bikes have gone 300k miles trouble free. This bike is easy starting and smooth shifting. The 94 model has a 50 amp alternator, showa forks, and hardend splines, all improvements over earlier models. I will miss this bike but am getting a R1200RT for greater 2 up comfort and don't have room for 2 bikes. $500 paypal deposit within 24 hrs of auction end, full payment in 7 days. Bike is in Anacortes WA, I can assist with shipping.
