2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic 4x4 (XJ) The fuel pump died while this Jeep was last listed. I had to take the auction down, and have the pump replaced. $500 later it has a new fuel pump and is good to go! 4.0 Inline 6 Cylinder Engine. 137,800 + miles. This is my daily driver, and miles will go up a little over the course of the auction. Starts right up and runs very strong. Automatic Transmission shifts smooth. Power Windows (Front driver window clicks at top and bottom, but still goes up and down.) Power Locks (Works from inside the car. I do not have the remotes for the locks.) Single disk CD player works. Front speakers turn off and on. Air Conditioning does not work. Cruise Control works. Front windshield has a small chip center of drivers side. Stock, and aftermarket Yakima roof racks included. Tow hitch is included. Premium Factory Wheels small spare tire in rear cargo area. All weather tires have deep tread and handle snow and ice very well. Please see photos for details. Drives straight and smooth. Only noise is a "chirp" in the front end during very sharp turns. Sometimes there is a little brake noise in reverse, and some squeaking between the plastics of the dash when the road gets bumpy. Brakes work, but are a little soft feeling. Radiator fluid is dirty. Oil on dipstick looks good. This truck has been well used. It has taken me on many adventures, and could now use a cleaning. Dash area is in good shape, with no cracking or sun damage. Seats are so-so, and the floor is the dirtiest part. The carpet mats are like new. They have been in storage, and only used since this listing. Head liner has no sagging, but has some black marks on it (from stuffing stuff in the back cargo area). The drivers seat material is cracked on the left side, and the bottom edge of the back seat has a burn hole in it. I do not smoke in this vehicle, so I'm not sure how it got there! The exterior has dents and scratches. I made an effort to photograph it from all angles. This Jeep Cherokee runs great! The 4.0L engine starts up easy, and is very powerful. 4x4 works excellent as it should. This is a very capable off road truck even with stock tires and suspension. This thing can take on sand, snow, and mud no problem! I am not the original owner. I have owned it since 2003. Current Delaware emissions/safety inspections.
