Vehicle Detail
I AM LISTING THIS FOR SALE UNTIL APRIL 27 IF NOT SOLD BY THEN IT IS GOING WITH ME TO ANOTHER STATE IN LATE MAY AND NOT FOR SALE AGAIN. THERE WILL BE NO PRICE REDUCTIONS AND NO LOWER OFFERS! THIS CAR IS SOLID AS A ROCK! 24 pictures attached to this auction. PLEASE CHECK ALL THE PICTURES. No rot out in the doors, trunk, door jams, roof or otherwise on the old coupe body. We will be moving everything out and headed for another state around the end of May,so the deadline for pick up is June 1st. $500.00 deposit by certified bank check or U.S. Postal money order within 5 days of auctions end and the balance in cash when the car is picked up. A good friend of mine purchased this 33 coupe back in 1969 with intentions on building a street rod. He gutted all suspension components and started to install a rear axle assembly from a wrecked low mileage 1968 Corvette that was whammed in the front and a coil spring front suspension from an early 60's Nova ?. Thats basically where he stopped and the car has sat untouched INSIDE ever since 1970. This is a really solid old Plymouth, that is about 90% complete body wise. I know it is missing the passenger side opera window inside trim or garnish moulding. It has no grille center. It has an Iowa salvage yard bill of sale/title and is sold as is for a project or as parts. The main body has 1 rust crack on the raised body line just ahead of the passenger side rear wheel, and a couple more on the inner wheelwell panel. All the fenders are in need of body work, but very savable. I have included numerous pictures, many of which were taken before or during the "power wash" clean up,so what you are seeing on many of the parts/pieces is about 40 years of dirt. ALSO.... I can provide more pictures if contacted at kurlykrebs@gmail.com. The car is located in Waterloo Iowa, and MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN June 1 2014. A $500.00 deposit/earnest money is to be in my hands within 5 days of the auctions end. The remainder to be paid IN CASH when the car is picked up. Serial number plate on passenger side door jam reads 20630XX. I have changed the last 2 NUMERALS of this serial number to XX and only the high bidder will get these. DONT miss out on this all steel 1930's survivor.
