Vehicle Background: I am the second owner of this 2005 Saturn Vue. It was purchased in 2006 @9000 miles and has been used as a family vehicle and commuter vehicle. I have some maintenance records available. In the last couple years I've had he A/C system repaired and all four wheel bearings replaced. The manual transmission was serviced to repair a pad on gear 3. The clutch has not been replaced, but the transmission shifts easily. Current Condition: Recently a bad oil leak developed and the vehicle ran low on oil. The leak has since been repaired, but the engine now has a knock of some kind. Engine function and performance does not seem to be affected, however if left unserviced, I suspect engine failure is eminent. Aside from this, all systems function in the vehicle except the one-touch operation driver window has recently stopped functioning, but all four power windows still roll up and down. Can be driven, however I suggest it be towed any significant distance. The radio was recently replaced with a Sony CDX-GT57UPW In-Dash Digital Media CD/USB Receiver. The USB port will charge, provide audio passthrough, and control Pandora on an iPhone. Front 3.5mm audio in allows connection to other personal audio devices.
