Vehicle Detail
gtx 1969 Camaro with original broadcast sheet You are bidding on a 1969 Camaro. This is a super rare car, that sports it's original six cylinder, and three speed on the tree. Not many of these cars left around, do a search and try to find another one like it. I have looked and found that most of six cylinder cars were turned into V8, and COPO cars. There were 34,541 six cylinder coupes produced, compared to 190,971 eight cylinder coupes produced. What makes this car interesting, is the original color combination. This car was born Daytona yellow with yellow Houndstooth interior. Sometime ago, someone painted the car black, and I replaced the yellow interior with black interior. I do have the original Deluxe Yellow Houndstooth interior in a box. The paint is showing wear, like spidering in some places, and typical old paint stuff. The body, floors, trunk, and engine compartment are all in good condition, nice driver condition. The engine runs great, and the transmission shifts smooth. This camaro is the ideal candidate for a V8 transplant, or just leave it the way it is. If you have any questions or would like to see more pictures, please send me an email. cuda4@me.com. Original engine with original carb, and smog equipment. Original three speed transmission, with column shifter. Original rear end. Original sheet metal. Engine date codes. (F 1029 AM) F=Flint Michigan, 1029=October 29, AM=Manual Transmission Engine Casting date. (J 17 9) J= October, 17= the day of the month, 9= the year date (1969) Engine casting number. (3921968) Chevrolet engine 230/250 New carpet New seat upholstery New package tray New sail panels New alternator New starter Condition: Has a small rust hole on the bottom of the drivers door. Has a small rust spot on the passenger lower quarter seam. Has a small rust hole on the battery tray area. In my opinion, the paint is nice driver quality. The paint has some blemishes, small bubbles on the hood, trunk lid, and rear deck lid. It's not perfect. With Yellow interior Bid today!!!!!
