2002 Ford Escape XLT Sport Utility 4-Door 3.0L.. ( NO ACCIDENTS ) Condition : Used . Makes a sound when turning left, I am told that is the front wheel hub assembly. There are a few chips in the paint, maybe a total of 3-4, not large, possibly an inch or so in diameter at most . Features: Anti-lock brakes, Driver and Passenger Air Bags, Air Conditioning, Power Windows, Power Seats, Power Sunroof, Power Locks, Cruise Control, Replaced Speakers, Many new Parts. History : I purchased the Vehicle In North Florida from a dealer. The Dealer purchased the Vehicle directly from Ford. I was told that a Ford Dealership bought it back from a U.S. Army Soldier / Recruiter who just used it to transport men and women to and from testing centers to take skills tests to qualify to enroll in the U.S. Army ( Hence the Mileage ) . Car was kept clean , and Ford repaired parts themselves before selling the vehicle to the dealer from which I bought it from. Overall, I would not put off fixing the Wheel Hub Assembly Too long, Before this, I had no prior problems with the vehicle myself. I think its a great SUV, Gas mileage is decent for a V6, I would keep it and have the assembly fixed myself, but I no longer need two large vehicles in the household.
