This is a 1979 Dodge Little Red Express. These trucks were made in 1978 and 1979 only. They had the fastest quarter mile time of any american made auto in 1978. Equipped with a 360 Interceptor motor, and a special trim package from Dodge, including exhaust stacks and wood trimmed box. These are real eye-catching trucks and a lot of fun to drive. This one needs to be loved. There's work to be done, but it'll be a great truck for someone. A restoration was begun on this truck at some point before it came to me, with some fairly professional looking floor and rocker work having been already done. This truck has been stored for several years now, but runs and can be driven around well enough to demonstrate that the transmission and engine are sound. The stock exhaust manifolds have been replaced with performance headers. THIS TRUCK RUNS. As visible in these pictures, there is rust on this truck.
