This car has been part of my life for the last 15 years or so. Over that time I have replaced most of the parts on it, some multiple times. As the car gradually became more of a race car project and stripped down to the bare essentials, it became less of a daily driver for me. I had put together an ITB setup that I wanted to install with Megasquirt fuel management. But eventually my schedule and interests got in the way of completing the project and now I am losing my garage spot so I sadly need to sell. Currently it is in a state where it needs someone to complete a few minor things and wire up the Megasquirt and tune it. Most all the difficult issues have been solved and 95% of the parts are either already installed or included in the sale. Will be sold as-is, it will need to be towed on a dolly. With everything going with it, would probably be worth way more parted out but that isn't my goal. Hopefully someone can finish the project and enjoy the car as much as I have. Engine:Original 1.8L 16v, pulls hard, good compression, dyno’d out at 125hpTT race downpipe with new O2 sensor2.25” exhaust, no catSerpentine conversion with diesel crank pulley, vr6 waterpump pulley, and brand new ABF alternator and bracket. AC has been removed. Conversion needs finished, just need a belt and mounting bolts for the alternator, everything else is there.Brand new timing belt and tensioner.New motor mounts- passenger side is brand new, others have all been replaced in the past. Have a spacer for the front mount that will keep it from wearing out so fast, just needs to be installed. GSXR custom ITB setup with manifold, Unifilters, red top injectors, vacuum manifold, etc. Needs a little work to complete but almost there, just need a throttle cable solution and drill and tap the rail for mounting it to the manifold. Easy to do, I have the drill/tap and bolts and brackets.Fuel system is basically ready for the ITB’s. Braided hoses and adapters to fit the stock fuel lines. Megasquirt N’ spark in a box ready to be installed. Just need a wire harness. Have a bunch of sensorsNeeds a radiator for a Rabbit with no overflow tank.
