The TRUCK that started it all! Here's your chance to own the first Generation IV Ram 1500 that paved the way to the current and first ever BACK-TO-BACK MOTOR TREND Truck of the Year! This EXCELLENT truck is waiting for a new home! I'm selling my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab RWD HEMI because it's time to move to a different vehicle since my family is growing with another on the way. This truck was purchased new on May 2nd, 2009 from Helfman Dodge in Houston, TX. It is accident free, never been smoked in, never towed and has only been used to haul 4-5 loads in the bed since I bought it. The truck was optioned out with the leather-trimmed bucket seats, rear park assist, 3.92 axle ratio with anti-spin differential, power sunroof, 32-gallon fuel tank, Uconnect GPS, back-up camera, RamBox and Class IV hitch. Sticker was $46,745 (have Window Sticker...see picture). All maintenance has been performed at Ancira Dodge in San Antonio, TX. I have records to provide to the next owner upon request (see pictures). The truck also includes the Mopar electric tail gate lock that locks the tailgate with the lock button on the truck remote, weather-tech in-channel vent visors in dark tint, tinted windows (front and back with max LEGAL tint in TX), Mopar ipod cable with Apple iphone 5 lightning cable adapter, RetraxONE hard tonneau cover (installation instructions included), Cab Length Mopar Chrome Tubular Side-Steps and Line-X bed liner. RARE! This truck also includes a LIFETIME subscription to SIRIUS satellite radio! These subscriptions are no longer sold by Sirius and it is for the lifetime of the radio and therefore stays with the truck and not me so the next owner will enjoy this lifetime subscription for the life of the radio! By itself, this was a $799 option plus taxes and royalty fees (approximately $880 total). Also included is 27 months of SIRIUS traffic ($83.79 value). The traffic subscription will expire 5/9/2016 unless you renew the traffic portion. Whether you renew the traffic portion or not, the LIFETIME radio subscription will still continue. I have also included the NAV-TV ALLGIG-HS module. This module is a plug-and-play (no cutting or splicing of wires) into the back of the existing radio and allows the driver to manually input information into the Navigation while moving. You can use the voice option to do that but manually entering information is restricted while the vehicle is in motion without this device. The device will also allow the front passenger to watch DVDs while in motion if he/she so chooses. When I decided to sell the truck, I removed the device and updated the latest software via my computer and installed it in my Jeep Grand Cherokee but it didn't work. I did not try reinstalling it in the Truck since I was selling it but it may have been a compatibility issue with my Jeep. Either way, I've included it in this sale along with the instructions that came with it. The NAV-TV ALLGIG-HS module costs $289.00 plus shipping. I have babied this truck and washed it frequently! It has been garage kept. It has no leaks, mechanical, electrical or other issues associated with driveability or function. However, as with any vehicle with 90K, there are signs of normal wear and tear. There are three scratches (two on driver's door and one on driver's side rear passenger door) that can be fixed cheaply. There is also two small door dings that can easily be popped out (both are on the driver's side rear passenger door). You will see from the pictures that you cannot see these unless you are up close on the vehicle. There are also two tears in the vinyl of the driver's seat left side bolster. One measures 3in and the other 2in. The side bolsters are vinyl whereas the seat cushion and back are leather. The tears are in the vinyl NOT the leather. Both can be repaired cheaply by any reputable upholstery shop. The aforementioned things can easily be taken care of for a few hundred dollars. I have taken this into account when pricing the vehicle. I have also done my best to include pictures as well as a size scale (using a penny and measuring tape) so you can see exactly what it looks like. Other than these minor imperfections, the truck is beautiful and extremely well taken care of. ADDED BONUS! The current tires have a little less than 6,000 miles on them BUT I will replace the current tires on the truck with a set of BRAND NEW Goodyear Wrangler SR-As in the stock-size (275/60/20) prior to delivery (approximately $800 value). The truck does NOT come with any warranty because I currently have the Chrysler Maxcare Lifetime warranty that includes the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty and it does NOT transfer to a new owner. However, I have been required to perform required maintenance to keep the warranty in-tact and have done so. This should give you piece-of-mind when purchasing this truck. One of the other requirements of the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty that was included with all 2009 Dodge Ram 1500s when purchased new, is the requirement to have a 5-year inspection performed on the ENTIRE powertrain. I just had this inspection performed on 14 Mar and it passed with no issues at all. I also just had the safety inspection done on the truck that was due by the end of the month so that inspection sticker is now good through March 31st, 2015. I had the 90K service performed on 28 Feb which consisted of an oil change, air filter change, spark plug change, tire rotation, etc. This saves you a little over $400! I will make the truck available for anyone wanting to perform an inspection. Ebay provides free vehicle reports via Experian's AutoCheck service and you can feel free to pull a CarFax report as well if you'd like. Ebay also allows you to schedule an inspection through them.
