Selling a 1973 Pontiac Firebird Formula with 400 6.6L motor and automatic transmission.The car is a real W66-code Formula with A51 Bucket Seats that originally came with a 350 2 barrel carb.The car was originally REGATTA BLUE and then painted maroon.The motor was changed long ago and replaced with a Pontiac 400 firebird motor.This is the real thing,original California car,perfectly straight with only about 95k original miles.The interior is mostly complete only missing the passenger seat,headliner,radio and center console map pocket.The car is pretty much rust free and only has a couple little rust spots on the deck lid and channel.The interior will need to be redone but has a good base.Windows are complete.The car came with headers so the tranny to colum linkage was bypassed and set up via wiring.Needs trunk lock,door linkage from the door handles to key whole.The AC was bypassed for heat only so it will need AC compressor and lines to hook it back up.The car runs and starts right away as you can see in the video but will need a good 4 barrel carb so that that booster can get some vacuum and have power to the brakes.Engine is smooth,always kept lubricated even when stored.Car will need brakes and a good tune up to get it back on the street.This is a great survivor well kept but needs some TLC.You can be safe and assume it needs some other things as all projects do which I cant remember at this time so feel free to ask any questions and good luck.
