This car is complete and running. Has been stored for around three years, so needs some minor fixes. I do not know alot about this car as I am selling "As Is" the car is 6 volt, and has a 36hp motor in it. I drove the car and the engine runs quite nice. Does have an oil leak from push rods, but seems to run great. New wiring harness was installed by previous owner. A couple wires need connecting like the horn and the dome light. I am sure there are a couple other things but all are very minor. Brakes work well. Front may need an alignment. Wanders a bit at higher speeds. Rear apron was changed at some point to install late model DP engine. But does not seem to have been in any kind of accident. New ragtop installed. White walls have lots of tread left. Has a small vibration but the VW mechanic said he felt the tires a some flat spots from sitting. He felt they would work themselves out when warm. As far as rust, I can only find a couple bubbles in the paint. Pan is excellent. This was a Arizona car! Car needs about 2 days of minor fixes to be 100%. Great car tho. Interior is very nice, maybe a little carpet and upholstery cleaning. Hope this answers most of your questions. Happy bidding.
