RELIST DUE TO NON PAYING BIDDER Up for sale is my 79 year old mother's Honda Civic It has 41,9XX original milesNever smoked in and never abusedShe was the original owner and garage kept since newCar has never been in an accident and never repainted 4 cyl with an automatic trans Factory AC, PB, PS, Power windows and power locks Cloth Interior is nice. Back seat rarely used. Tires have approx 50% left and hold air with no known nails or screws Everything works except the radio This car has not seen very many highway miles and was only used around town 99% of its life. . This car has not been driven much in about a year so its due for an oil change, coolant flush and any other maintenance you would do. I installed a new SEARS DIE HARD battery about a year ago. There are NO oil leaks! The body has no major dents. There are a few small dings that dont show up well in the pics ( one on drivers front fender and a few small ones on the pass door and a few other small ones here or there that I remember seeing ). Some scratches on the front and back bumpers and a few minor scratches here and there around the car. The car has not been detailed and is just as it was when my mother parked it a year ago Window tint on drivers and pass doors is faded and coming loose and will need to be redone Car can be seen locally if you contact me 727.386.9009. In order to protect ourselves in respect to liability the buyer MUST go with us to the local tag office/DMV any day during business hours Monday-Friday and transfer the title at their expense and the car will be handed over in the DMV parking lot. We will NOT give an open title. Out of state buyers can do this transfer with us without hassles and minimal cost. It is a legal process and nothing shady. We are in possession of the CLEAR FLORIDA title and will only produce it at the DMV. If you dont like these terms move on. There Are NO EXCEPTIONS to these requirements. We dont need to sell the car and its all perfectly legal and common courtesy as long as your not trying to flip the car and avoid taxes or something. Payment required is CASH only but a $500 deposit through paypal is required at close of auction. No checks or money orders.
