This Camaro body is solid. It still has all of the original sheet metal. It was a complete car that was taken apart. The original six cylinder was removed to be replaced with a V8. The original paint was white and the interior was blue standard. It was stripped and painted with PPG enamel Guards Red, and the interior was changed to black standard. He removed the subframe, cleaned and painted it and re-installed it with new mounting bushings. The upper and lower A-frame have new bushings, and new ball joints. He added a single piston disc brake setup, and V8 springs. He cleaned off the undercoating and resprayed it. He painted the inner fenders and several of the under hood items. The owner then stopped working on it due to his growing family, and sold it to me in 2001. I put in the 12 bolt rear axle, and the P235/60R15 Goodrich Radial T/A tires and the Rally wheels. The time has come to sell it to some one who can finish it. The 12 bolt is a mono leaf with casting number is 3894860. The casting date is unreadable. The assembly code is PB 0328 G. It is non-posi with 3:07 gears. It does not have brakes or backing plates. The original interior is with the car and new PUI black standard interior parts go with it. The rear glass and windows are there. There is no engine, transmission, or windshield. This car cannot be driven and will need to be put back together.
