1970 Honda mini trail 70 runs and rides great it has recently had new IRC tires and tubes put on sandblasted and repainted rims it has had a new cylinder and piston installed. cylinder head had valve seats ground and new valves were installed. carburetor was cleaned and carb kit installed, new points,chain and sprockets,front brake cable. the throttle tube was replaced with a newer pit bike style twist throttle with a new cable, it works well. the seat pan was repaired and repainted a new oem style seat cover was installed. the honda decals on the frame are repro but look good. the other decals are original. the head pipe cover is rusty. the exhaust pipe is solid with one repair on the pipe near the bracket by the motor where it was welded but solid. The headlight works. the paint on the body is all original with some sun fading and wear. has great patina but runs like a daily rider. great little bike always starts right up, sounds great runs rides and shifts like it should no smoke no noise. the kick start lever has a small steel dowl pin in it. does not look like the shaft is damaged maybe the the lever was slipping? works fine original MOTOR NO. CT70E-153872. I got this bike on trade most all the work was done by the previous owners a father and son,the dad was the original owner since 1970. the only thing I did to it was put the frame decals on it . my son and i have rode it around with no problems runs great! .
