Up for auction is a 1959 Cadillac 6 window sedan . Only has had 2 owners . 1st owner owned from 1959-2001 . 2nd owner from 2001-2014. always a Washington car so its real dry and 99.8% rust free . In 2001 car has had original engine , and transmission rebuilt. the brakes also were done at that time and has been driven around 11,000 since , so this car runs and drives great and is ready for cruising . miles are actual at 106,000 .The car has been taken care of and it shows . The paint has been touched up here and there over the years and still retains about 70%of its original paint . It has a nice look and patina and shows well . There are hardly any dings and the body is solid and straight .The interior is 100% original besides the carpet . Pretty amazing to still have plastic covers from 1959 on the seat backs . the bottom covers were removed due to being brittle and risk to damage the seats. The interior is in excellent shape and it would be hard to find a nicer one . The dash pad is showing some age compared to the rest.
