Forward is a spacious V-berth with storage bins/cabinets on both sides. The head is just aft to port opposite a large hanging locker. The galley runs fore and aft on the port side with a large U shaped settee to starboard. The table dismounts to form a large berth. Large quarterberths on either side aft, but no cushions. Engine Condition: Engine was new in 1997 and rebuilt in 2004. Hour meter shows approximately 1k hours. That is since install and not since rebuild. Very well maintained and runs smoothly. Some spare parts aboard. Galley: Shipmate two burner stove with oven and pressure tank (alcohol). Good counter space with top loading ice box. Sink with new plumbing. Pressure water with new pump and accumulator tank. Good storage for cooking gear and provisions. Cabin: Nicely equipped with solar vents, oil lamps, etc. Cushions in main salon and v-berth are updated and in good shape. Head: Marine head and holding tank. There is no shower, but head is large enough to have one put in. Area for sump in bilge. Needs a new faucet for molded in sink. Electronics: Both 12 volt and Shore Power 110 panels have been updated (see pictures). Battery combiner for the house and start battery system, new wiring. 30 amp shore power inlet with shore power cable. Battery charger. VHF radio. Datamarine depth sounder. EPIRB. Electric bilge pump. Hull and deck: Large cockpit lazarettes, cockpit cushions, Bimini. Pedistal w/controls, bow and stern pulpits. CQR anchor with rhode. Swim ladder. Sails and rigging: Roller furling genoa. New genoa and main is in very good shape. Extra spinnaker halyard, but the boat does not come with a spinnaker. Traveler close to helm, primary and secondary winches. Main sail cover and UV cover on roller furling genoa.
