I am selling my fully loaded 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Limited Edition (V8,4.7L). It has been a truely reliable companion. A few months ago, the front drive shaft snapped. I took it to mechanic shop to find out that the shaft has snapped and during that process has damaged the transfer case and fuel lines that are right next to it. I could get the all the required parts together, have it fixed and sell, and would still be able to make a profit. But, I don't have the time and also don't want to deal with the entire hassle of dealing the mechanic shops . I just decided to move on and give the opportunity for those of you who know how to fix cars here on ebay to make a profit on this. The vehicle has a clean title. No accidents or any damage other than normal wear and tear. The KBB value for this vehicle is around $8,000. I reached out to a few used parts sellers and found that all the required parts can be purchased for less than $2,000. Following parts are needed for it to get running again: - Front Drive Shaft- Transfer Case- Fuel Line- Evap Line- Brake Lines Also, see the attached the diagnostics report from the mechanic shop regarding the issue and the parts needed. The engine is running well and I had all the spark plugs replaced last year. Smog check currently still valid. The vehicle is sold "as is" and defect. No warranty.
