It was named "Burger" and was pictured in a number of local publications and had a photo session for a national magazine. The car then became somewhat of a "barn find", eventually winding up in hibernation for at least 5 years in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It was then discovered on the 356 Registry talk list and resurrected. It went to a new owner in Bend, Oregon, where it underwent a complete restoration in 2004. The car includes 2 binders full of documents, starting with the original invoice, driver's manual, service booklet with plastic holder, Certificate of Authenticity, articles and pictures of the car along its 43-year, 140,000 journey through the hands of 6 owners. Current owner in Chicago purchased the vehicle in 2005 and has driven it 2,000 miles since restoration This is the top-of-the-line in 911 collectibles!
