It is ready to drive to California or anywhere you want to go. Excellent winter car made for cold climates. A flat tire caused a small portion of the rear inter fender to be broken off, it has been repair with some metal and bolts. Please see picture. There are 2 small rust spot on the hood. Should be under warranty from VW as there is a 13 year warranty on rust thru from factory. Can be run on E-85 and has been for last 50K miles. Rear trailer hitch in one picture has been removed.
