1971 Honda CB

This is a 1971 Honda CB750 SOHC Chopper. Let me start by saying that I did not build this bike, it is someone elses vision, not mine. That being said, it is very, very nice. There are only a few minor things that I would change if I end up keeping the bike. The story goes that the Amen Savior frame,tank, and fender were painted by Johnny's Vintage in the early 80's. It also has the Amen oil tank battery box combo. The bike then went who knows where until the person I purchased the bike from bought it in the late 90's. He tracked down the springer front end and 21" front wheel with brake, vintage, not new junk. I think the wheel is Hallcraft and the springer is probably from one of the "engineering" companies that were so abundant in the 60's and 70's. Rear wheel is new with a new 150 Pirelli, and the front is also a new matching Pirelli. Cycle Exchange offset rear sprocket to clear the tire. Daniel Boone forward controls, another long gone 70's company. THE MOTOR, completely rebuilt by Cycle Exchange in Wisconsin, .075 over pistons on fresh bores, with all new bearings, seals, gaskets, etc. 80+ miles since rebuild was completed. The center cases are 1975 because upon examination the '71 cases were damaged by a drivechain being thrown at some point in the past and had been crudely repaired. JOE HUNT MAGNETO, completely rebuilt by Joe Hunt, external oil cooler, rebuilt and synced carbs to 4 into 4 drag pipes, pod filters, this bike runs great, no smoke,sounds awesome and is very quick ! I am sure there are things I am forgetting, so please look at photos and ask questions, I will respond ASAP but I do work during the day so be patient. I have many photos so if you want to see a particuclar part of the bike I can send you photos of that area. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS ! This is not a new motorcycle and some parts show the patina of age so look closely at photos. The tank has a paint chip or 2 and the rear fender has unused drill holes under the seat. There is some light surface rust by the chrome triple trees and springs that will probably come off with bronze wool. I will make myself available for the buyers shipper to pick up the bike after funds have cleared my bank so scammers don't bother. You do not have to pay by paypal.
