Beautiful 1983 Honda CB1000 Custom with the desirable black & silver color. It's an Arizona bike so NO RUST anywhere and the chrome has NO flaking,oxidation or pitting it's as shiny as the day it left the dealer. The bike's previous owner was a certified Honda Technician who restored it approx. 2,400 miles ago and original mileage totals 43,400. The original gauges (which come with this) read 40774 but the speedometer was making noise so he put the nicer gauges that are on it now which had 22,000 on them. Now they read 24,657 so this puts restored mileage at 2400 and original at 43400. I had a potential local buyer that brought the question up today and I wasn't sure so I confirmed it with the previous owner. The bike runs excellent and it has the high-low 10 speed transmission that shifts flawlessly in all 10 gears and the clutch is perfect. The oil and final drive fluid was just changed a few days ago with full synthetic. The bike will come with a windshield(as seen in pictures) bike cover,Clymer manual and dealer carb rebuild manual as well as three huge boxes of extra cb1000 parts. Included is an extra starter, case covers, rear fender, two sets of carbs, lots of electrical parts and harnesses, brake hoses, cables, ETC ETC. I have lots of extra pics of the parts if needed. The bike has a clean clear notorized BOX A title ready to go to the new owner. A couple things will need attention the starter works just fine but is intermittently starting to slip so will need fixing or replace it with the extra one that comes with the bike. The turn signals stopped working today but I'm going to R&R the switch this week and clean the contacts so they should be fine for the new buyer. This will be an awesome addition to the vintage metric motorcycle collection!
