Vehicle Detail

Description: Fantastic driving original Studebaker 289ci V8, wcfb 4bbl carb, new dual exhaust power pack muffler that sound great , Flight-O-Matic automatic column shift transmission. TT (Twin Traction) rear end (Positraction ). Power steering, nice new radial whitewall tires. Very nice chrome and stainless trim. Original working Studebaker Radio and speaker even sounds good. Dome light and glove box light works. owners manual. in-dash Clock works and keeps accurate time! Factory in-dash tachometer works. Paint is not perfect, showing its age...not sure when it was last repainted in Bordeaux Red (its not original) good 5-10 footer. to be a show car would need repainted....but for an outstanding driver, cruiser..its perfect. Only thing it needs are the Climatizer and both heater cores, which i do have...(including the extra one with fan under drivers seat) hooked up. :-) Lots of extra parts. too many to list. I'd drive it anywhere!!! no rust, no dents, minimal scratches and nicks/cracks in paint. (door edges, trunk paint has some stress cracks) I'd say an amateur paint restoration 20 years ago. been stored inside ever since. I have the whole Climatizer heater system with BOTH under seat heaters. The drivers side accessory heater box comes with its own fan to distribute the heat. The Climatizer system pulls fresh air in from the passenger side vent, and runs it through the under seat heater. The system is NOT installed. Interior was redone, including new headliner, new carpet , was originally blue to '63 style black. The '62 pleats ran sideways...and '63 pleats in the seats ran front to rear..to eliminate tears. I have the original blue front and rear door panels..which are in excellent condition if you have any questions...please ask!
