It has something to do with the idle control. The a/c works just fine however as with the idle problem it may still the car if stopped in traffic. -It is clean title and clean history record, however, it was involved in a minor incident, it so minor I didn't even bother fixing it. Traffic came to a sudden hault at around 15 mph and couldn't stop in time. It really just scratched the paint on the bumper and dented the hood slightly.
