Up for sale is a 1992 Suzuki GSX1100G with very low miles (6,581) and in outstanding condition. I purchased this bike last year but am selling it because I recently purchased a Harley Electra Glide. History: I owned a GSX1100G for 10 years from 1991-2001. For those that know these bikes (made from 1991 to 1993 only), they are amazingly powerful, reliable and comfortable. This is a standard style bike with a slightly detuned GSXR1100 motor. Magazine road tests found the bike capable of an 11.3 quarter mile @ 119 mph, and a 0-60 time of 3.1 seconds. After selling my 1st G I often thought about getting another. I conducted a nationwide search until I found a low mileage and garaged G located in New York, where it was still owned by the original purchaser. I bought it and had it shipped to my home in California. It was in great shape already but I have done my best to restore it to the best condition possible. Please note that while the odometer reads 10,286 miles, the actual mileage is just 6,581, I will explain why, feel free to contact me. Here is a list of the work and accessories that I have completed. 1) Carbs completely gone through and tuned by a Suzuki dealer. 2) Spark plugs changed, oil last changed at 9,900 miles. 3) Corbin seat added. Excellent riding comfort, slightly lower seat height. 4) Slipstreamer windshield added with custom 24” height. Excellent wind protection. 5) Passenger Grab Rail powder coated silver. The bike is in great overall condition and runs perfect. There are a few minor scratches from the previous owner but they are pretty minor. Tires are in good shape with approximately 65% tread left. Oil was just changed, and it barely uses any oil at all. Clutch (hydraulic), brakes and throttle are smooth and operate like new. This bike also has a shaft drive, much better than a belt or chain. Bike is extremely clean and shows very well as seen in the pictures. Needs no maintenance, no cosmetic work, nothing, just start it up and go! This specific bike was photographed for the Retrospective feature in the December 2013 Rider Magazine. Bike comes complete with 2 Keys, extra oil filter, Owner's Manual and a shop Service Manual. California license is paid for through November, 2014. I have title free and clear. The bike is located in Orange County, CA. No test rides without cash and a valid motorcycle license in hand.
