There is only one thing I can say for this 30 year old piece of machinery, and that is WOW! The paint is is great shape, it starts right up, no smoke or weird noises, I must say I was impressed. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK PERTAINING TO THE CONDITION AND OPERATION OF THE MOTORCYCLE AND ANY RESULTING DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND/OR INJURY OR DEATH TO PERSONS RESULTING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE MOTORCYCLE. BUYERS MUST SIGN AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS HEREIN PRIOR COMPLETING THE PURCHASE OF THE MOTORCYCLE. *Taxes and Registration fees: Buyers are responsible for all state, county, and city taxes, proof of insurance, and fees, if any, as well as title service fees in order to register the motorcycle. All taxes and fees must be paid in full prior to a motorcycle being delivered, titled, and registered. State laws vary. Buyers are responsible for shipping if Buyer is unable to take delivery at Dealer’s location. *Title Information/Payments Verified: In the State of Florida, titles to vehicles are held as collateral for loans by banks or lenders. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time of motorcycle pay-off. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks, Dealer will hold the motorcycle and title until funds have fully cleared. *Finalizing the Purchase: Dealer will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes with further instructions including instructions on executing Dealer provided paperwork to complete the sale which must be signed by Buyer and delivered to Dealer to consummate the transaction. 10% deposit is due 48 hours after the close of the sale. All motorcycles are located in Dealer’s showroom and are available to the public to buy until the winning bidder’s deposit is received by Dealer.
