Vehicle Detail
1952 Dodge Coronet Club Coupe I bought over a decade ago to restore, but I have finally realized that I will never do it. It was supposed to be a father/son(s) project. Car came from Texas to the south side of Chicago in the late 70's and sat in a garage until the owner passed away in the 90's. The widow sold the car to a friend and it sat in his garage until I bought it, then it sat in my dad's garage. The body has some surface rust, but the car is solid. No holes in the trunk, floors or rockers. The car has never been in an accident. The body is really good. Some work has been done to the car. I had the head milled, radiator rebuilt, carb rebuilt, the intake and exhaust manifolds have been milled flat. Water pump has been replaced. Car is mostly complete, but missing a couple of little things like the door trim on one side and i think that the blower motor for the heat may be missing. The interior is complete minus the carpeting. Seats are ok, head liner is falling down. Gas tank is out of the car. The previous owner took it out and had it cleaned at a radiator shop. Sorry for the poor pictures, I will take some more when the weather is better or if there is a serious offer. Today it is 0 degrees Fahrenheit outside and I find that to be demotivating. The car is at my dad's house and I can make arrangements to show it.
