1959 Classic Power Giant Era Dodge D100 Big Window Sweptline Truck with Rebuilt 318ci Wide Block Polypherical Engine & Factory Overdrive Option Submitted for your approval is a rare 1959 Dodge big window D100 sweptline big window 1/2 ton long bed truck with fully rebuilt 318ci wide block polysphical & hard to find factory overdrive option. Relist from Non paying bidder. Her name is Red. If you are in the market for a serious Bad Ass Mopar truck for the new year you have found her right here. These 1957-60 Dodge power giant era trucks are pretty darn rare compared to Chevy & Ford trucks of the same era. I am partial to these Power Giant era trucks & have sold 5-6 of these online. This particular "59" offered here online is by far my best. You will NOT be disappointed with Red I assure you. Features a three (3) on the column manual shifter with factory overdrive. Factory Suregrip limited slip rear end. This was an older restoration as you probably can tell. Nothing was spared on this restoration. Paint or patina has definitely worn away to surface primer in some areas which is pictured. Both right & left door glass have expected cracks which is pictured. Absolutely NO bondo or body damage of any kind including the truck bed which is quite unusual for any vintage truck. I had both doors aligned to open & shut properly at a body shop as this is a problem with this particular year of make. Fresh tune up with Vavoline 30WT oil, New plugs, & points. I also had a new intake manifold gasket installed & antifreeze flushed. This service cost me $750.00. Unit runs smoothly with No oil burning or even any leaking issues. Brakes both stop good & hold pressure well. Clutch operates smoothly as it should. Unit shifts in & out of gear effortlessly. Repeat truck runs excellent & drives pretty darn good for a 55+ year old truck. The previous owner added two (2) 5 gallon jerrycan holders to the inside bed & custom sunroof. Features classic American racing mag wheels with fairly new tires. Repeat; NO Rust issues on interior or exterior sheetmetal which for any vintage dodge truck is quite rare indeed. Interior is clean as a whistle which is pictured. Underneath this fine truck is equally spotless which is pictured. Her pink slip & title is in my name. No back fees or surprises. Repeat; one very bad ass Mopar truck to say the very least. With a proper paint job you will have a truck worth at least double what you will have to pay me.
