92 318ic 5-speed manual convertible for sale.4th owner, purchased from roommate's parents in March from Ohio and have completed the following repairsNew exhaust; muffler, catalalytic converter, and o2 sensor. Replaced thermostat, installed new tires and shocks.Installed new Kenwood deck, has Bluetooth audio streaming and remote.The car's last major service was completed by the previous owner in July of 2011 after the car sat for 3 years. They replaced the battery, valve cover gasket, air filters, oil filters, front sway bar links, all belts, right side tire rod assembly and power steering hoses.They also replaced the instrument cluster as the odometer wasn't working. At the time of replacement it had 106,258 and the new odometer read 249,849. Current mileage on the odometer is 260,838. This gives the vehicle an approximate mileage of 117,248.When I registered the car in MA I checked TMU (true mileage unknown) on the title application, but the RMV titled it with 255, 301 actual mileage. I have paperwork showing repairs from myself and the previous owner. There is a little documentation from the first owner in the original service manuals which will come with the car.The car was in a rear-end collision in 1995, they only replaced the rear part of the bumper that sticks out from the rest of the car as evident by the faded paint there.The car is in pretty good shape, there are only 2 dents, one on the back of the trunk lid and one on the right front quarter panel. The clear coat has faded in a few spots, but the paint is in pretty good condition as a whole.The power mirrors do not work, but they can be moved manually. The AC does not work, my mechanic said the wiring to the AC compressor is screwed up. I opted not to fix it.The top works just fine and is in rather good shape. All power windows move up and down as they should, the power locks function properly, as does the transmission and parking brake.The right front shock mount needs to be replaced and the heat now only works at speeds above 50mph. My mechanic said they're easy problems to fix, but I've purchased a new car.Interior wise, the car is in great shape, no cracks in the dash (very common for this car), the rear seat seam is split in the top at the middle (it's very hard to see in the pictures), and there are two cracks in the vinyl on the driver's seat.
