1984 Isuzu 4x4 Diesel pup. I'm selling this for a friend who doesn't have an ebay account. What I know of this truck to the best of my ability is: My friends uncle bought it used shortly after it was new. My friend got it after his uncle died it has been in his family for over 25 years. I had it stored at my lake place for the last month. Yesterday I started it for the first time in a month it was 25 degrees and it started right up after the glow plugs were activated. I drove it to Spokane, Washington where it is now. it drove fine. I found two things wrong with it. (1) the windshield has a crack about 10 inches long. It didn't effect my vision so I don't consider it a safety issue. Your state may think differently. (2) I could smell antifreeze when I ran the heater. The smell got less the longer I drove it. I would figure on replacing the heater core. The heater fan worked good and warmed the cab up nicely. It has great oil pressure. The original radio works. The seat is worn through and is covered with a blanket which looks good, you may choose to recover it. The doors and windows work good. This truck has had constant attention to detail such as lubing the doors and tire rotation. The tires are good as are the brakes. It has some minor rust (see pictures) but it isn't all rusted out like many of them are. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. Due to the fact of it's age it its sold as is where is no warrantees As I type this I'm looking at the title it is clear except the comment section says 9375-1984. I assume that to be the original purchase price in 1984. About 4 years ago there was a fire at my friends house it was a total loss. This truck was parked outside not in the attached garage. It had smoke and soot on it. The insurance company didn't want to pay shop labor rates to have it professionally cleaned, so my friend did the work and billed the insurance company that is the reason for the insurance claim. I can't see any fire damage nor can I smell anything. I will sell only to the 48 contiguous united states. I require a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours via paypal and payment in full within 72 hours of auction end. I won't release the vehicle or title until your funds clear my bank, so cash works best for me.
