Vehicle Detail
This is a great car with a clean title and an awesome Auto Check report. For the last 40,000 miles the majority of the driving has been me commuting a total of 120 miles each day to work. The car has been perfectly reliable. It runs smooth, the engine sounds good . . . smooth and quietly strong. It has also been just as good around town. It's really a super car, a Honda Civic that will likely last someone as long as they desire. I have bought and sold about 5 cars on ebay over the past 10 years or so and my rating has always been perfect for everything I have bought and sold on ebay. Here are other specifics about the vehicle, including anything noteworthy:4 Brand new tires were just installed on 5/25 (as I alluded to earlier in the listing, I'm only selling this car because I got a tremendous deal on a newer car, if I was intending to sell I would not have spent ~$600 on new tires and a wheel alignment ~6 months and ~8,000 miles ago)New Wheel Alignment done at the time of the new tire purchaseAll Honda recalls were fixed on 8/2/2013Brand New Catalytic Converter and Sensors (installed within last month, <200 miles driven since the change)Obviously I maintained the car including oil changes every ~5,000 miles per manufacturer's recommendationsI have AVERAGED getting 36-37 MPG, which includes about 80-90% highway driving and 10-20% city/residential (although I do tend to get slightly higher than my wife :) )I'm willing to arrange a meeting within 25 miles of 19810 for you to purchase the car (this includes meeting at the Philadelphia Airport, or the Philadephia or Wilmington train stations) OR I will also meet at the Hamilton, NJ train station. The air conditioning unit stopped blowing out cold air late this summer. The dealer checked it out and here is what the invoice said, "Tech found refrigerant level good - tech found fans not engaging - check power and group to fans - power and ground good - tech notes possible wiring concern - further diagnosis needed".I haven't driven it much over the past 3 months since I purchased a "new to me" car. For the last 2 months this car's battery has needed a jump start on a few occasions, so perhaps a new battery is in order. I have a newer car (as I mention below) so I only drive this car about 1x a week (and more than 2-3 miles only 1x every 2 weeks). When I was driving this Honda car regularly I had NO problems with the battery and starting the car. The back left window doesn't go up or down but I have it fully in he up position. There are a handful of scratches and 2-3 relatively small dings in the car. The more significant scratches are shown in the pictures. I'm selling this car because a co-worker was selling his 2009 car at a price I couldn't refuse. Otherwise, I would still be driving this car to seemingly go past 300,000 miles (I sold my last car with 338,000 miles and last I heard it's still doing well). If you are reading this listing you know that Honda's continually have top notch quality and can seemingly run forever. Like all cars sold without a warranty this is obviously being sold as is.
