The car is financed - BMW finance has the title - I have about $16K left to pay on the car to be settled with the sale and then they send either me or the buyer the title and we would of course ask BMW finance to expedite it. If they send it to me, I will overnight it to the buyer. They buyer can take possession of the car, but will have to be patient to get the title from BMW. So bid only if you are prepared to have two cashier's checks - one for BMW for the payoff quote amount and one to me for the balance.
