For Sale: One renovated 1953 Chevrolet 3100 short bed pickup truck. Body: Any body rust was cut out and replaced with new metal. Recent repaint using quality PPG paint. Interior: New vinyl seat covers, door panels, headliner. Dash repainted. New carpet and glovebox. Bed: New Oak wood bed Engine: 216 straight six runs well. Carburetor rebuilt and engine detailed. Transmission: 3 speed column shift Glass: Good / uncracked Electrical: 12 volt conversion with new Wiring Harness, Coil, and Alternator Exhaust: New glass pack Suspension: New Shocks Lighting: New headlights & brake lights This truck also has a new rear view mirror, bed roll reflectors, and fairly new tires & wheels. Clear Colorado title. Of note: Radiator has a pinhole leak near top. This has not been an issue for me but I watch the fluid level. Wipers do not currently work. Fuel gauge is not currently working but we expect to repair it. Doors need to be slammed hard to shut. Neat truck that gets a lot of compliments. Check out my excellent feedback. Thanks for looking.
