Bought car from a car lot some 20 plus years ago with a chevy engine in it. Started working on car, changed out engine to a Pontiac 350 to get ready to smog (back then it still needed smogged but not now). Lost place to work on car so it has been stored for almost 20 years. Never had a title, although I did apply for one with DMV using the bill of sale. Payment in full by cash or verified cashiers check.
