I have an 1988 Jeep Wrangler YJ, with a small block chevy conversion, 700 r4 automatic overdrive trans. This jeep gets lots of attention and compliments, I got it about 3 months ago and have moved on to other projects and have no time to mess with it. I have driven it about 250 miles since the motor and trans swap and I guess im just not a jeep guy hahaha. I know the guy i got it from had several thousand invested in it and I want a diesel project so it has to go hahaha. Chevy 350, brand new holley 4 barrel carb used 700r4 overdrive trans and transfer case. 4" suspension lift 35" tires, aluminum wheels Brand new aluminum radiator, trans cooler, and electric fan b&m shifter electric fuel pump LED tail lites Off road over head lights Headers GM tilt steering column Full size matching spare tire and wheel but tire is very worn. The jeep is a looker but it does have some rust behind the paint not through yet. It does ride rough with the lift and the bigger tires but i will say it is fun to drive and the hard top is in good condition I think it would make a jeep guy a great start to an awesome machine but it does need a few things to finish it off. It needs the torque converter lock up kit installed wich i do have from TCI see pic. kickdown cable installed wich i have. see pic front driveshaft installed wich i have but needs new u joints. see pic Factory gauges are not wired up after the engine swap, i do have after market guage panel in it with oil pressure, water temp, and volts but i only have the water temp hooked up now. Please understand this is more of an offroad vehicle and still needs a little work to make it an awesome rig, if you are the winning bidder i would suggest it be hauled home unless you live close to me due to the fact i haven't driven it much so if you have any questions please ask before bidding.
