You are bidding on a very nice well maintained and serviced 2002 Chevy 3500 HD with a 9 foot flatbed stake bed on it. The truck was owned by the U.S. Government it's entire life. The truck is powered by the dependable 6.5 liter turbo diesel engine and automatic overdrive transmission. This truck has 149,084 miles on it. Carfax verifies the clean title and actual mileage on this one (click the CARFAX emblem below the pictures to see the entire report for free). This truck has been in the south it's entire life and nas NO RUST on it. The flat bed is all metal as well and also has NO rust. The body of the truck is clean and the paint still shiny and bright. PLEASE LOOK AT THE 90 PICTURES I HAVE POSTED BELOW OF THIS TRUCK. There is a dent in the cab where something obviously fell and damaged it (see pictures with my finger in them). It is purely cosmetic, so I didn't have it repaired. I figured most customers buying this truck would rather leave the dent and keep the price lower. The dent has been touched up, otherwise the truck has no paintwork on it. The bed is in good shape with no issues. I do NOT have the stake sides for it. There is a gooseneck hitch under the trap door in the bed (see pictures). The bed is 9 ft 3 in long and 7 ft 4 inches wide. The deck height at the rear of the bed is 45 inches. The 19.5 inch tires have about 50% tread left on them. They are wearing evenly and smoothly. The interior of the truck show very little wear at all. There are no holes, tears or rips in the vinyl bench seat, cloth headliner or rubber floor mat. The truck does have am/fm radio and cold air conditioning. The truck has NOT been smoked in.
I have had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. He found it to be in good mechanical shape with only normal wear. I have had the filters, fluids and belts all inspected and serviced as needed. THIS TRUCK NEEDED VIRTUALLY NOTHING AT ALL MECHICALLY. The truck has had the injection pump, turbocharger and glow plugs all replaced all ready. This means the truck will have the updated better injection pump. The truck also has almost all brand new front end parts. There are NO wobbles or shakes in the front end of this truck. The truck has NO leaks or drips, does NOT smoke and shifts out solidly and smoothly. THIS TRUCK IS READY TO BE DRIVEN ANYWHERE AND BE PUT RIGHT TO WORK. All the electronic equipment works like new. The air conditioning is ice cold and the heater warm and toasty. There are just no known problems with this vehicle. I take pictures of all my vehicles as they are when they come to me. I don't detail them and shine them up to hide stuff in the pictures. The pictures of the underneath show you the normal road dust and the fact that there is NO RUST.
