*1951 Willys Jeep Wagon *This a project vehicle. There is no motor or transmission. Very solid wagon. *This is the 2 wheel drive version, with transverse leaf spring on front suspension. *We have the pink slip and registration is good til Nov 2014. *No shipping on this auction. Local bidders only. Items done prior to our purchase; *The steering is rack and pinion from BMW. Unknown donor car. The steering replacement includes rack and pinion, steering column and steering wheel. We still have the original steering column and steering wheel. *The engine, transmission, driveshaft and rearend are from a 1967 Mustang. The engine was blown and removed along with the transmission. These were sold. *The front brakes were changed to disc brakes. Unknown donor car. *The tires seems to be fairly new. Unknown miles on tires. *The wheels are smoothies with chrome beauty rings. Surface rust on steel wheels. Items done after our purchase; *The seats were replaced with original seats from a 1953 Willys Wagon. The seat frames are in good shape and upholstery was redone. *The radiator was refreshed at the radiator shop. Appears to be from the 1967 Mustang as well. *Verified that all gauges work. These are 6V gauges. Items to be done this week prior to sale; *Purchased a new brake pedal assembly from Speedway Motors. This is being installed. *Purchased a new master cylinder and adjustable proportional valve from CPP. This is being installed. *Will be replacing brake lines this week. *Gauges were removed to be reconditioned. These will be remounted. Condition of vehicle; *Body has several areas of surface rust. This body is heavy gauge steel. The only area rusted through is around the wheel wells in the rear and one area on passenger side front fender. Previous owner did a bad patch job. *Body has a repaint and the clear coat is pealing. *Two of the windows are cracked. These are flat glass and not too expensive. *The interior panels were removed and we started to reupholster them, but that was not done. Items included with purchase; *We have replacement body blocks. The current body mounts are a 2 to 3 inch lift. *We have a new replacement headliner. On Dec-04-13 at 06:53:22 PST, seller added the following information: 12/4/2013 Additional information; *The auction includes a wiring harness that was purchased from Speedway Motors. The part number is 910-64027. It is a 20 circuit, with new light switch, new ignition switch and new foot high beam switch. The harness was mounted and started to route, but not finish routed. *The auction includes new tail light lenses. *Sorry I didn't get more pictures up yesterday. That will be done today.On Dec-04-13 at 19:44:18 PST, seller added the following information: 12/4/2013 PM Additional pictures; *Added two more pictures showing the included bumpers, front and rear, including bumperettes. On Dec-05-13 at 09:04:21 PST, seller added the following information: I mentioned in the auction that I planed on installing brake assembly, master cylinder and brakes line prior to sale. That may not happen. I'm try to finish a bathroom remodel and I may not have time to install these brake parts. If this is critical for any bidder, you may removed your bid. The gauges did get remounted. On Dec-05-13 at 20:09:30 PST, seller added the following information: I put the put the old brake pedal back in versus trying to do more modifications to a new owner who may not want the new modifications. I'm also going to reinstall the old steering column, steering coupler and steering wheel.
