Vehicle Detail

You are looking at a Simplex servi cycle. Simplex Manufacturing Corporation was an American manufacturer that made motorcycles from 1935 to 1975. Although Simplex Manufacturing Corporation produced motorcycles for over 20 years, the last Simplex Automatics looked almost the same as the company's original 1935 Simplex Servi-Cycle motorcycle. Simplex's minimalist philosophy was maintained throughout the company's history, whose designs changed little after 1935. By the 1950s Simplex's designs were primitive, leading to the end of Servi-Cycle and Automatic production in 1960. Simplex continued to make minibikes and karts using proprietary small engines until 1975, when Simplex went out of business. Treen had sold the company three years earlier, in 1972. Simplex was the only motorcycle manufacturer located in the American South. This Simplex is a perfect starter for any restoration. There is no title , but this simplex unlike some of them does have a frame vin number, which reads 17633. There are some parts included in the sale, if the buyer can ship or pick them up as they are heavy. Please refer to slide show pictures to see the parts. This bike still has the original Simplex stamp tires, which even has servi cycle stamped down the middle of tread. I am going to let my slideshow and pictures do the talking. But please if you have any questions or concerns, ask before bidding as I will be happy to answer them. Please check out the 56 picture slideshow I provided in the listing . I am selling this one at a NO RESERVE starting at one dollar, so don't miss out. This is a NO RESERVE auction. No warranties expressed or implied , and a as is where is sale. Feel free to have the motorcycle inspected if you like. All sales are final, and there are no refunds or returns, and inspections are recommended. Full payment is do within 7 days after the auction has ended. Buyer must also contact me within 2 days after the auction has ended to set up a time for payment and pickup. Bike must be picked up in Tampa FL. She can sit here for as long as you need, but the bike will still have to be paid for in full within the 7 days. Please look at all of the pictures, including the slideshow and ask all questions before bidding as I will be happy to answer them. Thank you and happy bidding!
