Classic 1972 Triumph T100R Daytona Motorcycle. 500cc Duel Carburetor (T100R). Serial number VIN T100RPG40919 ---- I have re-listed this bike several times because 'buyers' never intended on paying in the first place. Please do not bid if you cannot pay.---- Serial #: PG40919 (manufactured Nov, 1971 )...MATCHING Numbers on an Frame and Engine Original Odometer reads : 9,229 Title No: 72893372 Clean Title -State of Virginia Location: Miami Florida current license tag :Virginia 9/2013 - Frame off restoration 90% completed....Tank, fenders, side panels all sandblasted. New paint, black frame, grey metallic tank and fenders - includes owners manual and workshop shop technical manual. -completely rebuilt engine(NOS pistons,rockers,valves ect. new gaskets...it runs like new) , less than 200 miles currently on full engine rebuild, new cables clutch and break, both orig. AMAL 626 dual concentric carbs have been rebuilt w/ new upgraded Amal floats, needle and complete gasket set. New Battery, runs great, nice compression, idles well. 10% not restored yet : needs new rubber on back passenger foot rest, and the 2 gas tank rubber knee pads 'Triumph' available on ebay for about $20 the pair, no bike stand however the kick stand is original works fine and has been repainted. Shift plate needs to be replaced, Neutral to 1 perfect, 1st to neutral fine, neutral to 2nd misses most of the time and shifts to 3rd, 3 & 4th gear fine. The speedometer is original but not currently working..may need a new cable. The headlight chrome has some light pitting as to be expected as well as some light pitting on both rims. There is also a small oil leak under the clutch adjustment plug. Clean title. Currently licensed and insured in Virginia. The bike is in Miami, Florida and will ship or be picked up from there.
