This Corvette is a true survivor. If you are seeking a vehicle that looks new and or is fully restored,please move on... This car is well optioned with it's original L82 350 HP engine, 4 speed manual transmission, air conditioning, leather interior and tilt / telescopic wheel. Title history indicates the mileage is original. A forty year old vehicle needs plenty of work. most of what this car needs is visible to the eye. The engine was totally rebuilt to factory specifications about 6,000 miles ago but that equates to be many years. The drivetrain is strong, quiet and well mannered. I run the car on non-ethonal fuel and idles and performs extremely well. The distributor is still the points and condenser set-up from the factory. All gauges work except the clock. The distributor is still configured with points and condenser as from Chevrolet in 1973 and was never converted to high energy or DUI. One of the prior owners removed the smog emissions. One trim ring (left ft wheel) is missing. Chrome bumpers are very presentable for the age. I ihad a new nose cone installed a few months ago and it does not line up too well. I have not touched up the paint, nor have i cleaned / painted the engine compartment and did not drench the interior in dressing. I appreciate survivors for their wear and originality as they can only be that way once. Please note: this is a 40 year old unrestored corvette. Please do not over classify the condition.
