1984 Chevrolet C10 Silverado 2 Wheel Drive What you are looking at is a beautiful, bone stock, unmolested, 1984 regular cab, fleet side, Chevrolet C10 pickup with the Silverado trim package. This was the top of the line ½ ton pickup for Chevrolet in 1984. It is the stock Silver over Red exterior paint color with Oxblood Red velour interior. It has the optional bed rails installed by the dealer in 1984. It also has aluminum diamond tread running boards, a chromed heavy duty steel drop bumper, heavy duty plastic bed liner, and an aluminum tail gate guard. It is equipped with a 305 c.i. Chevrolet small block with a 4 bbl quadrajet carburator and a three speed automatic transmission that is absolutely as stock as the day it rolled off the assembly line. This truck runs excellent! It has been meticulously maintained through its 30 year 55,000 mile existence. That is the original verifiable mileage on this truck. This not a rebuild or odometer rollover mileage. It has been recently repainted due to some fading and clear coat pealing. ·Weather seals all around are in great condition. The wing window seals are usually the first to but these still work great. This truck does not and has not ever leaked. ·All body panels are the factory installed panels. There has never been any work done to this truck due to accidents or neglect. ·No rust anywhere on this truck now and never has been. ·This truck has never hauled anything but one or two people and groceries. This is not a work truck. It has been a shine her up and get you from point a to point b and back in the garage truck. ·The tires are about 2 years old and probably don’t have 2000 miles on them. ·The battery is about a year old. This truck is a member of the family and we truly hate to sell it. This truck belonged to my grandmother and we have all heard the little old lady owned car stories before, but this one is true little old lady truck. She drove it back and forth to work for a few years before she retired and after she retired it was driven to doctors appointments, the beauty shop and the grocery store. That is the absolute truth. She was a stickler for maintenance and made sure it was always kept in tip top running condition. The only issues with this truck are purely cosemetic. The bench seat has the factory velour seat cover still on it and some tears on the driver side front left corner in the cloth due to age only. The gray seat cover that is shown in the pictures is only there to prevent further tears or damage to the foam cushion. The sun visors also have some small tears due just to age. The rest of the interior is in excellent shape. The door and window seals are still in great shape and do not leak. One problem area for the 78-87 Chevrolet Trucks was the wing windows would leak and the handles would fail. This one does not have that problem. The wing window seals do not leak and the handles for the vent windows still work and in the factory condition. This body style of this truck is a very desirable and collectable. This truck means a great deal to my family. Not only is there sentimental value but being a family full of car nuts, we know what the true collector market value of this truck is. This truck has never been used as a truck. It’s never been used to haul anything but groceries and one or two people for short distances. If you think you are going to shoot a low ball offer and get this gorgeous truck, you are wrong and you can keep looking for others that have had the wiring hacked up, body panels replaced, rebuilt or crate engined, and hot rodded to death for price you are looking for. Don’t insult me or waste my time with that mess. If you are serious about owning a true low mileage collector truck and keeping it that way, we can talk. Obviously I have no control over what happens to the truck when it leaves my possession, but I would really love to see someone that can appreciate it for what it is and what it is to my family.
